This project focused on building a strong, recognizable brand presence for a local realtor looking to elevate their marketing and stand out in a competitive market. We began by designing a clean, modern logo that communicates professionalism, trust, and approachability — core values for any real estate brand.

From there, we developed a full suite of marketing materials including business cards, listing presentations, feature sheets, postcards, and social media graphics. Each piece was designed to reinforce the brand’s visual identity while supporting clear communication and strong property showcases.

The brand was then expanded into large-format applications such as billboard design and property signage, creating highly visible touchpoints across the community. Digital banners and online advertising assets rounded out the project, ensuring consistency across every platform — print, digital, and in-person.

The final result is a cohesive and polished identity system that helps the realtor show up with confidence at every stage of their business, from first impressions to long-term relationships.
